Intellectual Property Guidelines

Protecting creativity within Vectara

1. Ownership & Rights

All creative work, including films, edits, designs, and concepts shared within Vectara remain the property of their creator. No member may claim ownership of another member's work without explicit written consent.

2. Collaboration Agreements

When collaborating on projects, members must establish clear IP ownership agreements. Templates and guidelines are available to help formalize these arrangements before production begins.

3. Confidentiality

  • Client projects and confidential work must remain private
  • Member portfolios and unreleased projects are protected
  • Do not share or distribute others' work without permission

4. Resource Usage

Community resources, templates, and tools are provided for personal and professional use by members. Redistribution or commercial resale of these resources is strictly prohibited.

5. Copyright & Attribution

  • Always credit creators when featuring their work
  • Respect all copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Use licensed content and properly attribute sources

6. Dispute Resolution

IP disputes should be reported to our team. We maintain a fair review process and take all concerns seriously to protect the integrity of our community.

Violations

Members who violate these IP guidelines may face warnings, resource restrictions, or removal from Vectara. We enforce these rules consistently to maintain a trustworthy creative community.
